I enjoy their music, SO MUUCCH!! I like the male vocalist’s soothing vocal.
They don’t really stick with one certain genre. You can sometimes feel the taste of ballad, bossanova jazz, groovy jazz, or even techno on their tracks!
My current winamp list : 1. Kings of convenience - Freedom and its owner
2. Kings of convenience - Mrs. Cold
3. Clazziquai - Romeo and Juliet
4. Clazziquai - Dance
Me enjoying life at my leisure..
Morning tea, surfing some latest news, books, do some chit chat, stuffing my German, watching movies, and of course… super sizing my mp3s
best companions while I am lonely!!
But it’s Friday already! Oooh, How I love Friday!
Voice-over: This is a story of boy meets girl. The boy, Tom Hansen, grew up believing that he’d never truly be happy until the day he met the one. The girl, Summer Finn, did not share this belief. You should know up front this is not a love story.
Paul: Robin is better than the girl of my dreams. She’s real.
Rachel Hansen: Tom, I know you think she was the one, but I don’t. Next time you look back, I think you should look again.
McKenzie:[drunk] So do you have a boyfriend?
Summer: No.
McKenzie: Why not?
Summer: Because I don’t want one.
McKenzie: Come on; I don’t believe that.
Summer: You don’t believe that a woman could enjoy being free and independent?
McKenzie: Are you a lesbian?
Summer:[laughing] No I’m not a lesbian. I just, don’t feel comfortable being anyone’s girlfriend. I don’t actually feel comfortable being anyone’s anything.
McKenzie: I don’t know what you’re talking about.
Summer: Really?
McKenzie: Nope.
Summer: Ok, let me break it down for you–
McKenzie: Break it down!
Summer: Ok. I, like being on my own. I think relationships are messy and people’s feelings get hurt. Who needs it? We’re young, we live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world; might as well have fun while we can and, save the serious stuff for later.
McKenzie: You’re a dude. [to Tom] She’s a dude!
Tom: Ok but wait–wait. What happens, if you fall in love?
Beside the independence song of Indonesia, which should be all the Indonesian citizen’s song of the month, I’ll put these two as my songs of the month.
1# Jason Mraz – Make it mine
No hesitate that this song is an immensely wonderful song. Its lyric, melody, and music arrangement are well done (even when only played by Mraz’s only voice and his only accoustic guitar, It’s still nice yet enjoyable). Why did I put this into my thread as songs of August? I finally recollected Mraz’s album by this month. It’s been 4 months since the catastrophe of losing throughout my data in my PC happened.
I play this song more than 20 times a day. I won’t get bored until I find my next songs of the month. kekekek.
2# Kath Bloom – Come Here (OST Before Sunrise)
The second song, hmmm…
I just madly HEART this movie, one of my favorite movie ever. It’s like no other romance movie. Somehow It looks too real to be a movie. kekekek.
I watched this years ago. But something that has happened to me recently, has brought me the desire to replay its soundtrack and re watch some scenes. kekekek.
