Clazziquai

Clazziquai : Classic, jazz, and groove.

I enjoy their music, SO MUUCCH!! I like the male vocalist’s soothing vocal.

They don’t really stick with one certain genre. You can sometimes feel the taste of  ballad, bossanova jazz, groovy jazz, or even techno on their tracks!

My current favorite tracks :

# Clazziquai – Lazy sunday morning

# Clazziquai – Tell your self (Click here)

# Clazziquai – Gentle rain

# Clazziquai – Walk away

# Clazziquai – Love again

# Clazziquai – Romeo n Juliet (Click here)

I found this from a blog. You can get some of their albums there.

500 days of summer

love this movie..

some memorable qoutes :

Voice-over: This is a story of boy meets girl. The boy, Tom Hansen, grew up believing that he’d never truly be happy until the day he met the one. The girl, Summer Finn, did not share this belief. You should know up front this is not a love story.

Paul: Robin is better than the girl of my dreams. She’s real.

Rachel Hansen: Tom, I know you think she was the one, but I don’t. Next time you look back, I think you should look again.

McKenzie: [drunk] So do you have a boyfriend?

Summer: No.

McKenzie: Why not?

Summer: Because I don’t want one.

McKenzie: Come on; I don’t believe that.

Summer: You don’t believe that a woman could enjoy being free and independent?

McKenzie: Are you a lesbian?

Summer: [laughing] No I’m not a lesbian. I just, don’t feel comfortable being anyone’s girlfriend. I don’t actually feel comfortable being anyone’s anything.

McKenzie: I don’t know what you’re talking about.

Summer: Really?

McKenzie: Nope.

Summer: Ok, let me break it down for you–

McKenzie: Break it down!

Summer: Ok. I, like being on my own. I think relationships are messy and people’s feelings get hurt. Who needs it? We’re young, we live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world; might as well have fun while we can and, save the serious stuff for later.

McKenzie: You’re a dude. [to Tom] She’s a dude!

Tom: Ok but wait–wait. What happens, if you fall in love?

[she scoffs]

Tom: What?

Summer: You don’t believe that, do you?

Tom: It’s love, it’s not Santa Claus.

Songs of September

1# My first goes to this very beautiful duet song, EVER!! :)
Glen Hansard & Marketa Irglova – Falling slowly (OST Once)

If anyone ask me, best romance movie I’ve ever watched. As for me, they would be : ONCE, BEFORE SUNRISE, and JUNO.
Do not expect any scenes such fancy/romantic surprise nor any other romantic stuff. You won’t get them in there.
Things in common between the three were how I love the cast and their simple story, but still left me this much impression. hehehe…
They’re superb!!
Without any those so-called-romance and any other couple common stuff, these movies were just impressed me in some way. Maybe some of their lines.
2# Second one…
Hans Zimmer – Gumption (OST The Holiday)

Yang menemani Mia buat nyelesein novel Eat Pray Love. Hhahaha…Gatau knapa brasa pas antara backsound sama bukunya. Berasa nonton film…
Akhirnya after all these months, rebes juga bacanya. hoho..
Eat pray love

Eat pray love

alasan knapa lambat bacanya :p

alasan knapa lambat bacanya :p

hehe..dalam rangka skalian belajar, sambil baca sambil stabilo-in vocab yg ga pernah tau artinya. Makanya bacanya lambreto.

Songs of August

Beside the independence song of Indonesia, which should be all the Indonesian citizen’s song of the month, I’ll put these two as my songs of the month.

1# Jason Mraz – Make it mine

No hesitate that this song is an immensely wonderful song. Its lyric, melody, and music arrangement are well done (even when only played by Mraz’s only voice and his only accoustic guitar, It’s still nice yet enjoyable). Why did I put this into my thread as songs of August? I finally recollected Mraz’s album by this month. It’s been 4 months since the catastrophe of losing throughout my data in my PC happened.
I play this song more than 20 times a day. I won’t get bored until I find my next songs of the month. kekekek.

2# Kath Bloom – Come Here (OST Before Sunrise)

The second song, hmmm…
I just madly HEART this movie, one of my favorite movie ever. It’s like no other romance movie. Somehow It looks too real to be a movie. kekekek.
I watched this years ago. But something that has happened to me recently, has brought me the desire to replay its soundtrack and re watch some scenes. kekekek.

Selamat berpuasa

Tadi pagi sepupu mainin piano lagu lawas ini. Liriknya bagus…

Didi Mirhard – Renungan

RENUNGAN

Dikesunyian ku merenung
Duduk bersimpuh
Berkawan malam
Terpejam mata tanpa bersuara
Menghayati getaran jiwa

Tiada kata yang terucap
Saat sinarMu datang menyapa
Betapa kecil diriku ini
Dibatas bayangMu

Datanglah sepanjang hari
Jangan lepas lagi
Dekap diri ini dalam pelukanMu

Puji syukur padaMu Tuhan
Hanya padaMu kuberlindung
